Heather is a Registered Massage Therapist from the College of Massage Therapy of BC. Before studying to become an RMT, Heather completed her bachelor’s degree in Biology and Human Kinetics from Trinity Western University.
Heather is passionate about helping others to become more aware of how to care for their own bodies through treatment and patient education in order to reduce pain and promote health. Heather uses a variety Of techniques in her treatments such as deep tissue massage, joint mobilizations, trigger point release, and myofascial release.
She has experience treating many different cases including. but not limited to, headaches, whiplash, low back pain, rehabilitation after injury, repetitive stress injuries, and other neurological and orthopedic conditions. Heather also has completed additional training in prenatal and postnatal massage as well as infant massage. Heather will work with each client to create a treatment plan that is unique to their condition and their long-term goals.
Heather is passionate about helping others to become more aware of how to care for their own bodies.
In her spare time, Heather enjoys being active, reading, taking care of her garden, and being in the great outdoors with her husband and kids.

Prenatal and postnatal massage
Treatments can begin at any point in your pregnancy, right up until baby comes! Massage can help to reduce muscle tension, headaches, swelling, and nerve pain. Postnatal massage is beneficial for those tired aching muscles, and your baby is welcome to come with you to your treatment.
Infant massage
I offer this session as an opportunity to teach you how to massage your baby. Beneficial for baby’s development, digestive issues, and connecting with your baby
Wellness and Stress management
Massage treatments to help reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system.
Myofascial treatment
Working with the connective tissues that surround muscles and connect muscles, myofascial treatment is beneficial to help reduce pain through all parts of the body, including hips, back, and neck.
